Dipl. Ing. Marek Gayer, Ph.D. received his master diploma of System Programming in 2000. He received doctoral degree (PhD) in Informatics and Computer Science, 2006 after succesfull defence of the thesis Real-time simulation and visualization techniques for combustion processes and general fluids based on his research, solved at Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic. His professional interest during this studies was modeling and visualization of combustion and general fluid processes. He was focused on development and implementation of new methods and techniques for real-time simulation and visualization of these processes.
His research interests include numerical simulation, visualization, software development based on numerical methods, such as finite element and finite volume method, and applied computational fluid dynamics.
